Our solid pinewood tables are crafted through an extensive manufacturing process that highlights the natural beauty and durability of this wood species. After harvesting, we select the logs based on factors like size, grain & knot presence and overall quality. 

The pine lumber then undergoes kiln drying, a controlled process using heat and airflow to remove excess moisture. This is crucial for preventing warping, cracking, and ensuring dimensional stability in the final furniture piece. After drying, the lumber is passed through a planer to achieve a uniform thickness and smooth surface.

To elevate the aesthetic appeal, the pinewood undergoes a careful treatment process involving the multiple applications of water-based stains and finishes. Our skilled craftsmen carefully select stains that bring out the richness, inherent colour variations and grain patterns in the natural wood. Finally, a clear coat of lacquer is applied to protect the wood surface from moisture, stains, and everyday wear and tear.

• Cleaning Solution: For occasional deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution (like a few drops of dish soap in warm water). Apply the solution to a damp cloth, wring it out well to avoid excess moisture, and wipe down the table surface. Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth

• Seating Capacity: For rectangular tables, a good rule of thumb is to allocate 60cm (24 inches) of width per person. For example, a 6-foot table can comfortably seat 6 people. Round tables can usually accommodate more diners within the same diameter.
