Returns & Refunds

Returns made simple

Following the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we're more than happy to facilitate returns for damaged/defective or unwanted item(s) and provide a refund accordingly. Please take a look at the following sections to find out the appropriate return process for your order.

We offer a 14-day cool-off period on all orders which means that you have a total of 14 days to decide if you'd like to keep your new furniture, counting from the day you receive it.

If your new furniture is not quite what you were looking for, you can send it back to us & get your money back, no questions asked.

In most cases, it'll be the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs if a return is initiated due to a change of heart.

As much as we take great care of our products with our premium protective packaging, we understand that mishaps can happen.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged/defective, we're happy to assist its return, exchange, or replacement, and there won't be any charges on your end, as covered by our Clickabode Product Care scheme (read more below).

We kindly ask to inspect your order at your earliest convenience and where possible, report any damages within 48 hours of delivery. We'll then provide necessary instructions that will help verify the reported damage. Once the reported damages are confirmed, we'll then discuss possible solutions with you, which will be in the form of repair/replacement/refund.

Of course you can! We'll be able to cancel the order and provide a full refund as long as it hasn't left our warehouses. Once it’s been dispatched, it may be treated as an unwanted return, depending on the status of the delivery. We'll liaise with you to determine whether to proceed with the delivery and return the item or whether the delivery will be cancelled.

Tips for returning a product

  • Returns for unwanted items will need to be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • All claims for damaged/defective items on arrival are advised to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All products will need to be returned in an unused & unassembled, re-saleable and 'as new' condition.
  • All products will need to be either returned in their original packaging, or securely repacked in the same number of boxes as received, and in a way that protects their contents from any potential damage during transit.

Collection for returns

If you wish for us to collect an item for a return you've initiated, we're happy to assist. Our delivery team will reach out to you to arrange a date and time for the collection. If there are any additional instructions, we will contact you to let you know.

Please note that if no quality issues are involved, it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the collection costs (see below), which will be reflected in your refund.

  • Small Items: Chairs (4 or less), Side tables, Dining benches (2 or less), Console tables, bar stools (2 or less), dining tables (100cm or less): £50
  • Medium Items: Coffee tables, dining tables (over 100cm), electric fires, bar tables, lounge chairs, dining chairs (more than 4): £85
  • Large Items: Sofas, dining sets: £115

Frequently asked questions

Are your products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes, all of our products are covered by a 1 year’s limited manufacturer’s warranty. This means that if there are any defects that occur within 1 year of you receiving your product that are due to manufacturing faults, you’ll be able to get it replaced or repaired for free. 

What should I do if I receive a wrong item(s)?

If you believe you have received a wrong item, please email us at returns@clickabode.co.uk with images of what you have received at your earliest convenience (we encourage you to do so within 48 hours of delivery).

Once we verify the error, we'll promptly dispatch the correct item, and our delivery team will collect the wrong item(s). Please note that the wrong item(s) needs to be unassembled and in the original packaging for collection. 

There’s a part/parts missing from my order, what should I do? 

If you suspect that certain components, such as screws or assembly parts, are missing from your order, please reach out to us at returns@clickabode.co.uk with images and a description of the missing parts as soon as possible. Upon confirmation of the missing parts, we'll promptly dispatch them to you at no extra cost.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund once we have confirmed that your item has been returned. Most banks will process refunds within 3-5 working days, but for other payment options such as Klarna or Paypal, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. 

Unless stated otherwise, a refund will be issued to the payment method used to purchase an item. Please let us know if you would prefer to receive a refund using a different payment method.
