Delivery Charges

We provide free shipping on all orders to England & Wales. 

For orders to Scotland & Northern Ireland, the following surcharges apply which will be calculated at checkout:

  • Small items (side tables, dining chairs, console tables, dining benches & bar stools): £35
  • Medium items (dining tables, coffee tables & electric fires): £60
  • Large items (dining sets & sofas): £80

*For orders that contain multiple different items, more than one shipping charge may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we'll send an order confirmation email containing your order number and estimated arrival dates. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we'll be in touch to arrange the delivery.

For smaller parcel deliveries, our carrier will contact you via text/email with a delivery date and an approximate time window.

For larger orders that require someone to be home to receive delivery, our carrier will contact you via phone/text/email to arrange a delivery date and time slot that works for you. Feel free to communicate any preferred timings, and we'll make every effort to accommodate.

Should the agreed-upon date and time become inconvenient, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work out a new date and time slot.

We use either a parcel, 2-man or curb-side delivery for all of our orders. Our delivery team determines the most appropriate delivery method based on the nature & size of a product. You can find out the specific delivery method for a product next to the 'delivery arrangement' section on each product page. Below is a summary of the 3 available delivery methods:

  • Parcel Delivery

    For smaller orders, we use a parcel delivery service. Prior to delivery, our dedicated couriers will contact you either by email, text or phone call with a delivery date and the delivery will be to your doorstep.

  • 2-Man Delivery

    For most of our larger orders, we use a 2 man specialist delivery service, who will help you carry the items into your room of choice, provided it’s on the ground floor.

  • Pallet Curb-Side Delivery

    For some medium to large orders, we use a pallet curb-side delivery service. The courier will deliver your item(s) on a pallet on the curb-side or driveway, where you can take the items into your home and we advise where possible, to have an extra person available for assistance.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-8 working days. For more specific delivery times, you can refer to the ‘estimated delivery time’ section on each product page. Upon ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates included.

If more than 3 business days have elapsed since your estimated delivery date, kindly reach out to us. We'll confirm the status of your order with our carrier and promptly provide you with the necessary updates.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands, Upper Scotland and other remote areas of the UK, deliveries may be subject to longer lead times.

30-day delivery promise

We implement a 30-day delivery promise - your order will be delivered to you within 30 days of placing it. In the rare event that your order fails to arrive within 30 days, you're free to cancel for a full refund, and you'll receive a 10% compensatory discount code for your next order with us. Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver to all of the UK?

We offer delivery of all products to England, Wales, and Scotland. We currently do not delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

I don’t want my order delivered just yet, can I delay my delivery?

Yes, we’re able to hold your order for up to 3 months after placing your order if you wish. Please let us know by adding an order note on the basket page prior to checkout, or reach out to us after placing your order. We will then update you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered?

If you’d like to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact us via your preferred method. If your order has already left our warehouses, we may be unable to change the shipping address, in which case we will get in contact with you to explore potential solutions.

If I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?

When possible, we’ll aim to deliver your items together, however some orders may be split deliveries, meaning you’ll receive your items on different dates or time slots.

If you've received only a portion of your order, it's likely that it's a split delivery. However, if you have any concerns and wish to verify this, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

What if I miss my delivery?

With our parcel service, if you are not in for delivery, the courier will decide whether it is appropriate to leave your parcel in a safe place. If this is not an option, a re-delivery will need to be arranged, which may incur re-delivery charges.

For larger parcel deliveries, 2-man delivery or curbside delivery, an adult must be present to accept the delivery. In the event that no one is available at the agreed date and time slot, it will be considered as missed delivery, and re-delivery fees may be applicable (please see below). If you've missed a delivery, please get in touch through your preferred contact method, and we'll work with you to reschedule the delivery.

  • Small items - dining chairs (4 or less), side tables, dining benches (2 or less), console tables, bar stools (2 or less), dining tables (100cm or less): £40
  • Medium items - coffee tables, dining tables (over 100cm), electric fires, bar tables, lounge chairs, dining chairs (more than 4 & up to 10): £65
  • Large items - dining sets & sofas: £85

Are there any restrictions on delivery above ground floor?

For larger orders, we can usually deliver above ground floor if there is sufficient lift access, however, it's important to note that our delivery team will assess the safety of the delivery upon arrival, and in certain situations, they may choose not to proceed with deliveries above the ground floor due to safety and insurance reasons.
