Our reputable manufacturers source mango wood from mature trees that no longer bear fruit, ensuring an eco-friendly and renewable material for furniture production. Logs are carefully chosen for their grain patterns, colour variations, and presence of knots to ensure consistent quality in the final product.

The harvested wood undergoes a seasoning process (air-drying), to reduce moisture content and prevent warping or cracking later. The logs then undergo milling, a process of shaping the wood into uniform pieces that will form the various components of the dining chairs. Depending on the specific design, we use joinery techniques like dowels, mortise and tenon joints or finger joints to assemble chair components.

Next comes sanding which removes imperfections and creates a smooth surface to prepare the chair for final polishing. To complete the process, a protective clear lacquer or natural oil finish is applied to enhance the wood's natural beauty and protect it from moisture, minor stains & scratches.

Spills and Stains: Address spills and stains promptly. Blot up any liquids with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they can strip the wood's natural finish and cause damage.
