Our ceramic is manufactured by heating natural clay, minerals, and other raw materials at high temperatures, which leads to a dense, hard, and non-porous surface.This process hardens the ceramic, removes moisture, and enhances its strength and durability.

Once fired, the ceramic base is ground and polished to achieve a smooth and level surface. This step ensures the surface is prepared for the lacquer application. Multiple layers of a high-gloss lacquer are applied to the ceramic base. This lacquer is specially formulated to mimic the appearance of real marble, incorporating pigments and textures to achieve realistic marble veining and patterns. Each layer is allowed to dry thoroughly before applying the next.

After the final lacquer layer is applied, the entire table undergoes a curing process to ensure the lacquer hardens completely and achieves its optimal gloss and durability.
