Creating the metal legs with a stunning gold chrome finish is a multi-step process. It begins with cutting and shaping the metal to the desired design, followed by precision welding for stability. After this, we carefully grind the surfaces to smooth perfection.

Next comes the electroplating process. A thin layer of copper, followed by a layer of bright nickel which offers a higher reflectivity, are electroplated, laying the foundation for the gold colour. The final step involves electroplating the base with gold alloy for a luxurious touch. The newly gold-plated base is polished to a brilliant shine, highlighting the reflective properties of the chromium layer and accentuating its aesthetic appeal.

Extra Padded Foam Cushioning

This refers to a seat cushion with two distinct layers of padding. The first layer, made from high-density foam, provides the foundation for support and shape. The second layer, which is a thinner & softer foam, adds plushness and contours to the seat for enhanced comfort. Crafting high-density foam involves an extensive process designed to achieve a densely packed yet weight-absorbing structure. General Cleaning: Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents, as they can damage the fabric and cause fading. Spot cleaning is recommended for most stains. Avoid overall washing, as it can shrink or distort the fabric.
Spot Cleaning: Address spills promptly by blotting the affected area with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it can push the spill deeper into the fabric. For liquid spills, use a paper towel to soak up as much as possible before blotting.
Gentle touch: Avoid using harsh brushes or abrasive cleaning tools, as they can damage the delicate fibres.
Use Mild Cleaning Agents: Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or strong cleaning agents on velvet dining chairs to prevent fabric damage, colour fading, and texture alteration. Opt for gentle, water-based cleaning solutions and always test in a small, inconspicuous area before application to ensure compatibility.
Occasional Vacuuming: Vacuum your velvet chairs occasionally to help remove deeper dirt, dust mites and pet hair that can accumulate in the fabric. Use the lowest suction setting on your vacuum cleaner & always vacuum in the direction of the nap to avoid damaging the fibres and pay extra attention to the seams and crevices where dirt can accumulate.

Consider the table's size, shape, and room dimensions to ensure adequate spacing between chairs for both visual appeal and ease of movement.
