Crafting high-density foam for our lounge chairs involves an extensive process designed to achieve a densely packed yet weight-absorbing structure. High-quality polyurethane with a specific chemical composition is used as the base material. The PU is mixed with additives and undergoes a controlled chemical reaction, causing it to expand and solidify. Precise temperature and pressure control are crucial for achieving the desired density. The cured foam is carefully cooled and stabilised to ensure it retains its shape and density.

Unlike lower-density foams, high-density options resist flattening and maintain their shape over time. This ensures your lounge chair remains comfortable and supportive throughout its lifespan.
