MDF Table With White High Gloss Lacquer Finish

Our MDF dining tables with a white high gloss lacquer finish are the perfect blend of versatility, affordability, and aesthetic appeal. We craft our Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) by breaking down wood residuals into fibres. We then combine these fibres with wax and resin binders, creating a dense and sturdy board that forms the table's core. The manufacturing process results in a stable and robust foundation that ensures the table's longevity. 

To achieve the desired high gloss appearance, we carefully apply multiple coats of specifically formulated paint using a spray gun for even & consistent coverage. Each layer is allowed to dry thoroughly before sanding lightly to ensure a smooth and even surface. After the final coat of paint, the surface is polished using buffing machines and polishing compounds. This process removes any minor imperfections and brings out the high gloss shine.

As the final step, we apply a clear topcoat to protect the finish from wear, minor stains & scratches. Afterward, the table is placed in a controlled environment for curing and drying, allowing the finish to harden properly.

Chrome Plated Metal Legs

Creating our metal table bases with a stunning chrome finish is a multi-step process. It begins with cutting and shaping the metal to the desired design, followed by precision welding for stability. After this, we carefully grind the surfaces to smooth perfection. 

Next comes the electroplating process. The first layer involves electroplating the base with a thin layer of copper and nickel, which enhances corrosion resistance and provides a smoother surface for the final chrome plating. Finally, the electroplating process deposits a thin layer of chromium onto the nickel layer. The thickness of the chrome plating determines the final level of reflectivity and mirror-like finish. The newly chrome-plated base is polished to a brilliant shine, highlighting the reflective properties of the chromium layer and accentuating its aesthetic appeal.
