We craft our Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) by breaking down wood residuals into fibres. We then combine these fibres with wax and resin binders, creating a dense and sturdy board that forms the table's core. The manufacturing process results in a stable and robust foundation that ensures the table's longevity.

To achieve the desired matte appearance, we carefully apply multiple coats of matte white lacquer. Between each coat, the surface undergoes gentle sanding to eliminate any imperfections and achieve a flawlessly smooth, matte texture.

To protect the finish from wear, moisture, and stains, a clear topcoat is applied as the final step. Afterward, the table is placed in a controlled environment for curing and drying, allowing the finish to harden properly.

Our polypropylene (PP) plastic chairs undergo a multi-step manufacturing process that begins with the selection of high-quality polypropylene pellets. In the injection moulding stage, these pellets are melted and injected into a carefully designed mould to shape the entire chair, including the seat and backrest. Rapid cooling follows to solidify the molten polypropylene, and the demolding phase ensures the chair retains its intended structure. After cooling and solidification, the chair parts are assembled to form the final chair design.

Our PP plastic chairs are then put through quality control tests, including weight capacity, impact, durability, UV resistance, stability, and materials testing, to ensure they meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
