Our MDF dining tables with a matte white paint finish are the perfect blend of versatility, affordability, and aesthetic appeal. We craft our Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) by breaking down wood residuals into fibres. We then combine these fibres with wax and resin binders, creating a dense and sturdy board that forms the table's core. The manufacturing process results in a stable and robust foundation that ensures the table's longevity. 

To achieve the desired matte appearance, we carefully apply multiple coats of matte white lacquer. Between each coat, the surface undergoes gentle sanding to eliminate any imperfections and achieve a flawlessly smooth, matte texture. 

To protect the finish from wear, moisture, and stains, a clear topcoat is applied as the final step. Afterward, the table is placed in a controlled environment for curing and drying, allowing the finish to harden properly.

Metal Base

Our matte white metal table bases are crafted with precision and care. We start by shaping top-quality metal to meet our design specifications, ensuring a seamless alignment. Electrostatically charged matte white powder coats the base, and a baking process at 400°F creates the elegant finish. Slow cooling ensures lasting durability, resulting in a sophisticated matte black table base that resists wear and corrosion.

To achieve the white finish, a thin layer of primer is first applied to the base, which provides a uniform foundation for the subsequent paint layers and improves overall adhesion. Multiple layers of a white paint are then applied using a spray gun. Each layer is allowed to dry thoroughly before applying the next, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

• Regular Cleaning: Maintain the table's cleanliness by wiping it regularly with a soft, damp cloth to effectively eliminate dust and debris. This simple routine not only preserves the table's appearance but also prevents the buildup of particles that may cause surface scratches over time.
• Spill Cleanup: Act swiftly in the event of spills by immediately blotting the liquid with a clean, dry cloth. This prompt action helps prevent the absorption of liquids into the surface, reducing the risk of stains and potential damage.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaning agents to protect the integrity of the surface. Opt for mild, non-abrasive cleaners to gently remove dirt without compromising the quality or finish of the table.
• Heat & Scratch Protection: Enhance the longevity of your table by using placemats or coasters, providing an extra layer of defence against potential scratches and heat marks caused by hot dishes. Sizing Guide

• Space: Allow at least 90 cm (36 inches) of clearance between the table and the walls or other furniture to ensure comfortable seating and movement.
• Table Shape: For long rooms and open spaces, rectangular or oval tables often are the most natural fit, maximising space utilisation and creating a balanced look. Round or square tables can also work if you want to leave extra room for additional furniture pieces to complement your dining area. For smaller dining areas, round or square tables are often the ideal choice, promoting conversation and creating a sense of intimacy.
