MDF Tabletop With White High Gloss Finish

Our MDF dining tables with a white high gloss lacquer finish are the perfect blend of versatility, affordability, and aesthetic appeal. We craft our Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) by breaking down wood residuals into fibres. We then combine these fibres with wax and resin binders, creating a dense and sturdy board that forms the table's core. The manufacturing process results in a stable and robust foundation that ensures the table's longevity. 

To achieve the desired high gloss appearance, we carefully apply multiple coats of specifically formulated paint using a spray gun for even & consistent coverage. Each layer is allowed to dry thoroughly before sanding lightly to ensure a smooth and even surface. After the final coat of paint, the surface is polished using buffing machines and polishing compounds. This process removes any minor imperfections and brings out the high gloss shine.

As the final step, we apply a clear topcoat to protect the finish from wear, minor stains & scratches. Afterward, the table is placed in a controlled environment for curing and drying, allowing the finish to harden properly.

Board Insert Extension Mechanism

This dining table features a convenient & intuitive double-sided extension mechanism. With a gentle pull on either side of the tabletop, the two halves effortlessly slide apart, revealing the designated space for the extension board. Next, insert the included extension board into the gap. Once the board is lined up correctly, simply push the table halves back together for a smooth and continuous surface. A secure locking mechanism will click into place, ensuring stability and wobble-free dining for an extra 2 guests when needed.

• Table Shape: For long rooms and open spaces, rectangular or oval tables often are the most natural fit, maximising space utilisation and creating a balanced look. Round or square tables can also work if you want to leave extra room for additional furniture pieces to complement your dining area. For smaller dining areas, round or square tables are often the ideal choice, promoting conversation and creating a sense of intimacy.
