Our solid oak dining chairs, renowned for its timeless elegance and enduring strength, undergo a multi-step manufacturing process. The journey begins with the selection of premium oak for its strength, grain patterns, and distinctive character. 

The chosen logs undergo kiln drying, a controlled process using heat and airflow to reduce moisture content to a specific level. This crucial step prevents warping, cracking, and ensures structure integrity over time. 

Seasoned logs are then cut into planks of desired thickness using band saws. Depending on the chair design, we may use various joinery techniques like mortise & tenon joints, dowel joints or dovetail joints to assemble different individual components.

To enhance the natural beauty of the oak, we apply eco-friendly stains or oils to highlight the wood's grain patterns and rich tones. Finally, a layer of protective sealant is applied to safeguard the wood from everyday wear and tear, moisture, and stains, ensuring the furniture's longevity.
