Our solid hardwood furniture, renowned for its timeless elegance and enduring strength, undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process. The journey begins with the selection of premium hardwood for its strength, grain patterns, and distinctive character. 

The chosen logs undergo kiln drying, a controlled process using heat and airflow to reduce moisture content to a specific level. This crucial step prevents warping, cracking, and ensures structure integrity over time. 

Seasoned logs are then cut into planks of desired thickness using band saws. Depending on the design, we may use various joinery techniques like mortise & tenon joints, dowel joints or dovetail joints to assemble different individual components.

To enhance the natural beauty of the hardwood, we apply eco-friendly stains or oils to highlight the wood's grain patterns and rich tones. Finally, a layer of protective sealant is applied to safeguard the wood from everyday wear and tear, moisture, and stains, ensuring the furniture's longevity.

Reclaimed Metal Legs

Giving new life to discarded materials is not only sustainable but also creates unique and characterful pieces like reclaimed metal table legs with a weathered silver appeal. Not all reclaimed metal is equal, each piece is carefully inspected for its structural integrity, natural markings & textures to ensure it's suitable for furniture. Selected metal pieces undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove dirt, debris, and any surface contaminants. Depending on the design, the metal is then cut and shaped using techniques such as oxygen-fuel cutting or plasma cutting. We then apply specific chemicals to accelerate the natural oxidation process, creating a weathered appearance.

• Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth to regularly dust the surface of your hardwood furniture, preventing the buildup of dirt and debris.
• Spills and Stains: Address spills and stains promptly. Blot up any liquids with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Cleaning Solution: For occasional deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution (like a few drops of dish soap in warm water). Apply the solution to a damp cloth, wring it out well to avoid excess moisture, and wipe down the table surface. Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
