Laminate Board

Laminate board is composed of layers of resin-infused paper or fabric adhered to a wood-based core, resulting in a resilient yet lightweight structure. Through our manufacturing process, which entails subjecting these materials to high pressure and heat, the layers are melded together to create the core of the tabletop. 

We then carefully apply the oak veneer to the laminate board, achieving a remarkably authentic appearance that accurately replicates the rustic charm of natural oak. This finish serves a dual purpose by enhancing the table's aesthetics and providing a protective layer that imparts high resistance to scratches, stains, and impacts.

To complete the table, we coat it with a clear, protective resin. This resin not only seals and secures the vinyl finish but also enhances the authenticity of the oak grain by giving it depth and sheen.

Extension mechanism (board insert)

This dining table features a convenient & intuitive double-sided extension mechanism. With a gentle pull on either side of the tabletop, the two halves effortlessly slide apart, revealing the designated space for the extension board. Next, insert the included extension board into the gap. Once the board is lined up correctly, simply push the table halves back together for a smooth and continuous surface. A secure locking mechanism will click into place, ensuring stability and wobble-free dining for an extra 2 guests when needed.

Matte Black Powder Coated Metal Base

Our matte black metal table bases are crafted from precision and care. We start by shaping top-quality metal to meet our design specifications, ensuring a seamless alignment. Electrostatically charged matte black powder coats the base, and a baking process at 400°F creates the elegant finish. Slow cooling ensures lasting durability, resulting in a sophisticated matte black table base that resists wear and corrosion.

Care guide

• Regular Cleaning: Wipe the table regularly with a damp, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
• Spill Cleanup: In case of spills, blot the liquid immediately with a clean, dry cloth to prevent stains. 
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents that can damage the veneer surface. Stick to mild, non-abrasive cleaners.
• Heat & Scratch Protection: Placemats or coasters can offer extra safeguard against potential scratches and heat marks from hot dishes.

Sizing Guide

• Space: Allow at least 90 cm (36 inches) of clearance between the table and the walls or other furniture to ensure comfortable seating and movement.
• Table Shape: For long rooms and open spaces, rectangular or oval tables often are the most natural fit, maximising space utilisation and creating a balanced look. Round or square tables can also work if you want to leave extra room for additional furniture pieces to complement your dining area. For smaller dining areas, round or square tables are often the ideal choice, promoting conversation and creating a sense of intimacy.
