Solid wood planks are then laminated onto the engineered wood core. The thickness of the solid wood layer significantly contributes to the overall thickness of the finished tabletop. A thin layer of adhesive specifically formulated for bonding vinyl to wood surfaces is applied to the top surface of the prepared engineered wood core. 

Next, a high-quality polyvinyl chloride vinyl with stunning wood grain is carefully applied onto the adhesive-coated surface. The vinyl is smoothed and pressed to ensure a bubble-free and seamless application. Finally, we apply a clear lacquer to the finished vinyl surface for added protection against scratches, stains, and fading.
