High Density Foam Cushioning

Crafting high-density foam for sofas involves an extensive process designed to achieve a densely packed yet weight-absorbing structure. High-quality polyurethane with a specific chemical composition is used as the base material. The PU is mixed with additives and undergoes a controlled chemical reaction, causing it to expand and solidify. Precise temperature and pressure control are crucial for achieving the desired density. The cured foam is carefully cooled and stabilised to ensure it retains its shape and density.

Double S-Sprung Seating & Supportive Webbing

Unlike a single S-spring system, the double S-spring setup involves two layers of continuous zigzag-shaped springs which are secured to the sofa frame using metal clips, hooks, or specialised fasteners designed for high holding power and minimal frame damage. • Spot Cleaning: Address spills promptly by blotting the affected area with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it can push the spill deeper into the fabric. For liquid spills, use a paper towel to soak up as much as possible before blotting.
• Gentle touch: Avoid using harsh brushes or abrasive cleaning tools, as they can damage the delicate fibres.
