Delivery Service
- Shipping is free to most of the UK mainland.
- A surcharge may apply to more remote areas of the UK - this will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
- We aim to deliver all orders within 2-8 working days.
- To track your order, simply reach out to us via any preferred method.
Delivery Promise
- We implement a 30-day delivery promise - if your order fails to arrive within 30 days from the day your order is processed, you are free to cancel it for a full refund and a compensatory 10% discount coupon will be offered for your next order with us.
Delivery Arrangement
- Upon receiving your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing your order number and the estimated arrival dates.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, our carrier will be in touch to arrange an exact delivery date and time that works for you.
- For most of our bulkier products (dining tables, dining sets, sofas etc.), we use a 2-man specialist delivery team that can bring your product into your room of choice (subject to ground floor only). For smaller orders, we use a parcel delivery service.
14-day Cool-off Period
- You will have 14 days to decide if you'd like to keep your new furniture.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to return the item and receive a refund.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) will need to be returned in an 'as new', resalable condition.
In most cases, customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost incurred if no quality issues are involved.

Absolutely fantastic company. From start to finish. I spoke by message to find out size of base on my 90cm table straight away they said it was 45cm . I then asked about the different speck on the finishes. Answered immediately and explained easily, I ordered Sunday email confirmation with order id . They rang me Wednesday and ask was it ok to deliver Thursday. Delivery service was spot on . Very polite delivery service . I did have a problem with the colour. Within 10 minutes it was sorted out by their customer services . Absolutely brilliant company. I would highly recommend and will be using again. Bought this table set last November 2023 and it's been great. The table colour blend in very well with the dining room. The chair set very comfortable and the guests whose attend my 10 year old son birthday party is loving it.

Really heavy solid table, lovely style and design great that it extends on both sides turns from a 4 seater to a 8 seater, nice and Modern and will go well with any home. Was delivered in around 3 weeks. Easy to attach the feet.
