Delivery Service
- Shipping is free to most of the UK mainland.
- A surcharge may apply to more remote areas of the UK - this will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
- We aim to deliver all orders within 2-8 working days.
- To track your order, simply reach out to us via any preferred method.
Delivery Promise
- We implement a 30-day delivery promise - if your order fails to arrive within 30 days from the day your order is processed, you are free to cancel it for a full refund and a compensatory 10% discount coupon will be offered for your next order with us.
Delivery Arrangement
- Upon receiving your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing your order number and the estimated arrival dates.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, our carrier will be in touch to arrange an exact delivery date and time that works for you.
- For most of our bulkier products (dining tables, dining sets, sofas etc.), we use a 2-man specialist delivery team that can bring your product into your room of choice (subject to ground floor only). For smaller orders, we use a parcel delivery service.
14-day Cool-off Period
- You will have 14 days to decide if you'd like to keep your new furniture.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to return the item and receive a refund.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) will need to be returned in an 'as new', resalable condition.
In most cases, customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost incurred if no quality issues are involved.

- Upon reception and inspection of a returned product, refunds will be issued immediately and will usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

How do I know if you've received my order?
After placing the order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and the estimated arrival dates included. Keep note of this number for any future inquiries.
If 5 minutes have passed and you haven't received anything from us, please kindly reach out, our team will confirm the order with you and resend the email.

How do I apply a discount code?
