What should I do if my order arrives damaged/defective?

All of our products are covered by Clickabode Product Care, which means that if anything arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a free repair/replacement for you, plus a 10% compensatory coupon for your next order. 

We kindly encourage you to inspect your order at your earliest convenience and report any damages within 48 hours of receiving it, making sure to keep all original packaging. To report damage, please email us at returns@clickabode.co.uk with images of the damaged items. 

Once we have reviewed the images and confirmed the reported damage, you can choose either a return with a full refund, or a replacement/repair if it is within 30 days. If damage is confirmed after 30 days (but within 6 months), we will repair or replace it free of charge.
