What should I do if there’s a missing part or I have received the wrong item?

Missing items

Our items are often shipped from different warehouses, and it is possible that your items will be delivered in multiple shipments. 

If you suspect that some parts are missing from your order, please email us at info@clickabode.co.uk, providing information about the missing part(s). In certain cases, we may request images for clarification. If there are missing parts, rest assured that we will promptly send you the correct components at no additional cost.

Wrong items

If you have received a wrong item(s), please email us at info@clickabode.co.uk to let us know. We may request images to help identify the delivered items. We will send out the correct items and collect the wrong item(s) free of charge. We will then promptly dispatch the correct items to you and arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) free of charge.
