Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location, but we aim to ship most orders between 2-8 working days from when you place your order.
In line with our '30 Day Delivery Promise', should your order take longer than 30 days to arrive, you're free to cancel for a full refund, plus you'll receive a 10% compensatory coupon for your next order as our way of making things right.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently offer shipping to the entire UK mainland, covering England, Wales, Scotland (including the Highlands and Upper Scotland). For delivery to the Channel Islands, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Is shipping free?
We provide free shipping on all orders to England & Wales.
For orders to Scotland & Northern Ireland, the following surcharges apply which will be calculated at checkout:

| Medium items (dining tables, coffee tables & electric fires) | £60 |
| Large items (dining sets & sofas) | £80 |
