Delivery arrangement
After you have placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping dates included. Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will reach out to you via email/text/phone to arrange an exact delivery date and time slot.
The delivery method is determined by the size of your order, and you can find specific details on the product page regarding the delivery method used.
Small item parcel delivery
For smaller items, we provide a parcel delivery service, in which one of our carriers will deliver your item to your doorstep.
Larger item delivery service
For larger orders, we provide a ground floor delivery service, facilitated by either a 1 man or 2 man delivery team, depending on the size. You are required to be home to accept these deliveries. Our delivery team will be in contact with you prior to your delivery to arrange a date and time slot.
