Our manufacturing process of PU leather begins with the creation of a fabric base, made of polyester. This fabric forms the foundation for the PU coating. A polyurethane layer is then applied to this base, creating the leather-like texture. This fabric undergoes a bonding process with a polyurethane layer, achieved through heat and pressure application, creating the characteristic leather-like texture.

Following the bonding of polyurethane to a fabric base, the PU leather undergoes essential treatments. Through embossing, natural grain patterns are replicated, creating a tactile feel that closely resembles genuine leather. Colouration, achieved through pigments or dyes, offers a broad spectrum of colours, from classic tones to vibrant shades, catering to diverse design preferences. 

Finally, an additional coating and finishing treatment is applied, contributing to its durability, creating a protective layer against spills and minor scratches, while adding a polished lustre to the PU leather, resulting in a visually appealing and versatile material for crafting stylish and resilient sofas.

Click-Clack Sofa Bed Mechanism

To convert the sofa into a bed, lift the seat upward until it clicks into place, then gently lower it all the way into a horizontal position. This two-step process ensures a secure transformation – the "click" occurs as the seat is lifted, and the "clack" happens when it is folded all the way down. Once in the horizontal position, the backrest creates a flat and extended surface, providing a comfortable sleeping area.

Reverting it back to a sofa is as easy as lifting the seat into an upright position until it clicks securely, and then gently pushing it back to the original position. Quick Buying & Sizing Guide

Length & Width: Measure the longest and widest areas where you plan to place the sofa. Also Measure the doorways and hallways the sofa needs to pass through during delivery.

Account for Traffic Flow: Imagine walking through your living space. Ensure the chosen sofa allows comfortable movement without feeling cramped. As a general rule of thumb, aim for 45-60cm of clearance around the sofa for easy passage and space for other furniture such as a dining table set, side table or coffee table.
