Our manufacturing process first starts with a base fabric blend, which is composed of high-quality polyester and cotton which provides stability and structure. These fibres are then spun into yarns. Next, the yarns are woven into fabric on advanced looms, using patterns like plain or herringbone. 

Finally, the linen fabric undergoes finishing processes, which include softening and ironing to enhance its texture and appearance, and the application of a stain-resistant treatment, resulting in a versatile and attractive material that combines the classic look of linen with the resilience required for everyday use in our sofa upholstery.

Crafting high-density foam for our sofas involves an extensive process designed to achieve a densely packed yet weight-absorbing structure. High-quality polyurethane with a specific chemical composition is used as the base material. The PU is mixed with additives and undergoes a controlled chemical reaction, causing it to expand and solidify. Precise temperature and pressure control are crucial for achieving the desired density. The cured foam is carefully cooled and stabilised to ensure it retains its shape and density.

Unlike lower-density foams, high-density options resist flattening and maintain their shape over time. This ensures your sofa remains comfortable and supportive throughout their lifespan. This two-step process ensures a secure transformation – the "click" occurs as the seat is lifted, and the "clack" happens when it is folded all the way down. Once in the horizontal position, the backrest creates a flat and extended surface, providing a comfortable sleeping area.

Reverting it back to a sofa is as easy as lifting the seat into an upright position until it clicks securely, and then gently pushing it back to the original position.
