The manufacturing process of our mango wood coffee tables begins with harvesting mature mango trees at the end of their fruit-bearing life cycle. The wood is then kiln-dried to attain the ideal moisture content, ensuring stability and preventing warping or cracking. Next, our skilled artisans craft the wood into table components, emphasising its natural grain patterns and warm hues.

Solid mango wood naturally boasts a beautiful golden brown colour with unique grain patterns. To enhance its appearance, we apply natural oil finishes which penetrate the wood, accentuating its natural grain and colour while providing a subtle sheen and some moisture protection. Finally, to safeguard against stains, minor scratches & moisture, a clear lacquer is applied, resulting in a coffee table that not only retains the distinctive organic grain patterns & rich tones but also boasts enhanced resilience & durability.

Our matte black powder coated metal frames undergo a fascinating transformation, marrying industrial strength with sophisticated aesthetics. The journey begins with choosing the right metal - steel is a popular choice due to its strength & durability. Using techniques like laser cutting, CNC machining, or bending, we transform the metal into the desired frame shape with high accuracy. It then undergoes degreasing to get rid of any surface contaminants for optimal adhesion of the coating. 

The heart of the process lies in the electrostatic powder coating - dry, finely ground particles of paint resins & hardeners, are sprayed onto the charged metal frame. The coated frame is then baked at 350°C, followed by slow cooling, to melt and solidify the powder into a durable finish that resists corrosion and daily wear & tear.

Sizing Guide

Distance from Seating: Leave approximately 45-60cm between the coffee table and the seating to ensure an unrestricted flow within the living room and ample space for comfortable movement. 

Measure Your Sofa: Aim for a coffee table that’s roughly two-thirds the length of your sofa for a balanced and proportional look. 

Height: Aim for a coffee table that sits within 5-10cm of your sofa's seat height. This ensures a comfortable reaching distance for items on the table, making it convenient for activities such as grabbing a magazine or setting down a cup.

Factor in Other Furniture: Leave a distance of approximately 75cm between the coffee table and other pieces of furniture, such as TVs or armchairs to prevent a cluttered feel. 

Consider The Shape of Your Living Room:
