MDF Coffee Table With White High Gloss Finish

Our MDF coffee tables with a white high gloss lacquer finish are the perfect blend of versatility, affordability, and aesthetic appeal. We craft our Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) by breaking down wood residuals into fibres. We then combine these fibres with wax and resin binders, creating a dense and sturdy board that forms the table's core. The manufacturing process results in a stable and robust foundation that ensures the table's longevity. 

To achieve the desired high gloss appearance, we carefully apply multiple coats of specifically formulated paint using a spray gun for even & consistent coverage. Each layer is allowed to dry thoroughly before sanding lightly to ensure a smooth and even surface. After the final coat of paint, the surface is polished using buffing machines and polishing compounds. This process removes any minor imperfections and brings out the high gloss shine.

As the final step, we apply a clear topcoat to protect the finish from wear, minor stains & scratches. Afterward, the table is placed in a controlled environment for curing and drying, allowing the finish to harden properly.

Distance from Seating: Leave approximately 45-60cm between the coffee table and the seating to ensure an unrestricted flow within the living room and ample space for comfortable movement. 

Measure Your Sofa: Aim for a coffee table that’s roughly two-thirds the length of your sofa for a balanced and proportional look. 

Height: Aim for a coffee table that sits within 5-10cm of your sofa's seat height. This ensures a comfortable reaching distance for items on the table, making it convenient for activities such as grabbing a magazine or setting down a cup.

Factor in Other Furniture: Leave a distance of approximately 75cm between the coffee table and other pieces of furniture, such as TVs or armchairs to prevent a cluttered feel.
