Tempered Glass with Marble Effect Vinyl Finish

Crafting a tempered glass table with a marble effect vinyl top is a multi-step process that marries modern materials for a sophisticated aesthetic. First, high-quality silica sand, along with other minerals and oxides, are precisely weighed and mixed to create the base glass composition. This mixture is then heated in large furnaces, transforming it into molten glass.

The formed glass undergoes a controlled cooling process called annealing which relieves internal stresses within the glass, making it more resistant to breakage. The annealed glass is then heated to a high temperature and rapidly cooled, known as the tempering process, making it 4-5 times stronger than regular glass. This ensures the glass is shatter-resistant, ideal for tabletops. 

A thin polyvinyl chloride film with a realistic marble pattern printed on it is used to achieve the desired marbling. The vinyl film is carefully applied to the clean and dust-free glass surface using a soapy water solution which allows for repositioning the film during application to ensure proper alignment and avoid air bubbles. Once the vinyl film is applied and secured, the edges of the tabletop are polished to create a smooth and finished look with a protective sealant added to the vinyl layer, enhancing its resistance to minor scratches, stains & daily wear.

Chrome/Gold Metal Legs

Creating our metal table bases with a stunning gold chrome finish is a multi-step process. It begins with cutting and shaping the metal to the desired design, followed by precision welding for stability. After this, we carefully grind the surfaces to smooth perfection. 

Next comes the electroplating process. A thin layer of copper, followed by a layer of bright nickel which offers a higher reflectivity, are electroplated, laying the foundation for the gold colour. The final step involves electroplating the base with gold alloy for a luxurious touch. The newly gold-plated base is polished to a brilliant shine, highlighting the reflective properties of the chromium layer and accentuating its aesthetic appeal.

• Gentle Cleaning: For routine maintenance, use a soft, damp cloth or sponge to delicately wipe away dust and smudges from the surface. This ensures a clean and well-maintained appearance without the risk of scratching or damaging the table
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or ammonia-based products, as they can damage the vinyl film 
• Spills & Messes: Immediately blot up spills with a clean, absorbent cloth to prevent them from setting or staining. For tougher messes, use a damp microfiber cloth with mild soap and water
