This advanced technique results in tempered glass, known for its remarkable strength, boasting four to five times the durability of standard glass. MDF Base With White High Gloss Finish

Our MDF table bases are manufactured by compressing solid wood fibres and resin. The MDF is shaped into the desired base design through cutting and precision milling. 

To achieve the high gloss finish, multiple layers of high-quality lacquer are applied to the base. This lacquer is meticulously smoothed between each layer to ensure a flawless, mirror-like surface. 

Once the final coat is in place, the base is carefully cured under controlled conditions. This curing process not only hardens the lacquer but also enhances its shine and offers remarkable resistance to stains.

Care guide

• Regular Dusting: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to dust the table's surface regularly to prevent the buildup of particles.
• Wipe with a Damp Cloth: For light cleaning, dampen a clean cloth with warm, soapy water, and gently wipe the glass. Rinse with a damp, clean cloth, and then dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Remove Spills Promptly: If any spills occur, blot them up immediately with a clean, damp cloth to prevent staining or etching on the glass.
• Use a Glass Cleaner: For a more thorough cleaning, apply a glass cleaner designed for glass and wipe with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or materials that may scratch the surface.

Sizing Guide

• Space: You'll need to make sure the table is large enough to seat the number of people you want, but also small enough that it doesn't crowd the room. Allow at least 90cm of clearance around the table so that people can comfortably sit and get up.
• Table Shape: For long rooms and open spaces, rectangular or oval tables often are the most natural fit, maximising space utilisation and creating a balanced look. Round or square tables can also work if you want to leave extra room for additional furniture pieces to complement your dining area. For smaller dining areas, round or square tables are often the ideal choice, promoting conversation and creating a sense of intimacy.
