The manufacturing process of our tempered glass begins with selecting thick, high-quality float glass, which offers superior clarity and minimal imperfections, ensuring a flawless visual experience. 

The cut glass piece undergoes a tempering process for enhanced strength and safety. This involves heating the glass to a high temperature (around 600°C) and then rapidly cooling it with air blasts. This process creates compressive stress on the surface of the glass, making it significantly resistant to breakage and shattering, boasting 4 to 5 times the durability of standard glass with improved minor scratch & heat resistance. After tempering, the edges of the glass are polished to create a smooth and finished look.

Brushed Stainless Steel Legs

The process starts with selecting the appropriate grade of stainless steel for the table based on the desired level of corrosion resistance. The chosen stainless steel sheet is precisely cut to the desired shape and dimensions using laser cutting machines. This ensures clean edges, minimal material waste and precise geometric accuracy. The cut sheet metal pieces are bent into their final shapes using specialised press brakes, which are then welded together to create the base. 

The characteristic brushed finish is achieved by mechanically abrading the stainless steel surface using rotating brushes with specific grit levels. This process creates uniform directional lines on the surface, enhancing its visual appeal.

Sizing Guide

• Measure Your Seating: Begin by measuring the height of the armrests on your sofa or chair where the side table will be placed. This helps determine the ideal height of your side table for easy access. Aim for the tabletop to be within 2.5-5 cm of the armrest height.
• Clearance: To ensure a sense of openness and avoid a cramped ambiance, aim to leave 30-45cm of clearance between the side table & other furniture (when placed next to a sofa/armchair) to allow for comfortable movement and prevent the space from feeling crowded. 
• Depth: The side table's depth should be shallower than the depth of your sofa or armchair to avoid protruding and creating an obstructed feeling. Aim for a depth difference of 7-15 cm.
• Shape: Round or oval side tables are ideal for tight spaces or if you want to soften the lines of your room as their curved edges create a more spacious feel compared to sharp corners. Square side tables offer more surface area and work well in larger spaces where you need additional tabletop space.
