    Yes we do! We offer a 14-day cool-off period meaning you'll have a total of 14 days to decide if you want to keep your new furniture, counting from the day you receive it.

    If for any reason you've decided that it's not a good fit, you can send it back to us for a refund, no questions asked.

  • How do I know if you've received my order?

    After placing the order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and the estimated arrival dates included. Keep note of this number for any future inquiries.

    If 5 minutes have passed and you haven't received anything from us, please kindly reach out, our team will confirm the order with you and resend the email.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    Once your order is ready for dispatch, our carrier will reach out to arrange a specific date and time slot for delivery. On delivery day/the day before, you'll be contacted again to confirm the delivery.

    For most of our bulkier products, we use a 2-man specialist delivery team that can bring your product into your room of choice (subject to ground floor only). For smaller orders, we use a parcel delivery service.
