Using techniques like laser cutting, CNC machining, or bending, we transform the metal into the desired frame shape with high accuracy. It then undergoes degreasing to get rid of any surface contaminants for optimal adhesion of the coating. 

The heart of the process lies in the electrostatic powder coating - dry, finely ground particles of paint resins & hardeners, are sprayed onto the charged metal frame. The coated frame is then baked at 350°C, followed by slow cooling, to melt and solidify the powder into a durable finish that resists corrosion and daily wear & tear.
