The pine lumber then undergoes kiln drying, a controlled process using heat and airflow to remove excess moisture. This is crucial for preventing warping, cracking, and ensuring dimensional stability in the final furniture piece. After drying, the lumber is passed through a planer to achieve a uniform thickness and smooth surface.

To elevate the aesthetic appeal, the pinewood undergoes a careful treatment process involving the multiple applications of water-based stains and finishes. Our skilled craftsmen carefully select stains that bring out the richness, inherent colour variations and grain patterns in the natural wood. Finally, a clear coat of lacquer is applied to protect the wood surface from moisture, stains, and everyday wear and tear.

Following the bonding of polyurethane to a fabric base, the PU leather undergoes essential treatments.
