This mixture is poured into moulds to achieve the desired shape and size. The cast base undergoes a controlled curing process under specific temperature and pressure conditions. This allows the polyester resin to crosslink and solidify, transforming the mixture into a rock solid and stable material. Once cooled, the surface undergoes a grinding and polishing process using diamond-tipped grinding wheels, ensuring a flawlessly smooth and level foundation.

Multiple coats of high-quality lacquer specially formulated for engineered stone surfaces are then applied to the table.
